As trainers accredited by the National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS Ltd.) we only teach National Governing Body-approved methods of physical restraint.

As an approved NFPS Centre, delivering training to Edexcel standards, our training is quality-assured.

Our Practitioner Awards are awarded by Edexcel, the UK’s largest awarding body, and result in highly respected vocational awards and BTEC Certificates.

All of our instructors are specialists and hold the BTEC Advanced Award in the Coaching and Instruction of Physical Restraint, Breakaway Skills and the Law. 

Each instructor takes part in a regular programme of annual refresher training to ensure currency with skills and the operational and legal aspects of a wide range of health and social care issues.

All of our courses are backed by documented risk assessments and are highly safety conscious.

Our instructors carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance which is specific to the field of occupational physical skills education
