We aslso specialise in teaching staff about how to best use lone working safety devices, including issues of proximity awareness, reaction times, behavioural cues to send alerts, the impact of adrenal stress on the usage of the device and many more highly important issues which are often neglected by simple “user manual” training.

Our Lone Working and Personal Safety courses are delivered by instructors who have attained qualified PDR Coach™ status with Blauer Tactical Confrontation management Systems.

Our training and advice is designed to enable care-giving staff to make informed decisions about when and why and how they should - or should not - use physical force in a work setting.  Informed staff will be better able to use their knowledge,  judgement and skill to ensure they are acting appropriately and legally to safeguard themselves and their service users in exceptional circumstances.

dynamis insight training typically encompasses a wide range of learning approaches, including Lecture Presentations, Group Discussion, Question & Answer, assessment by Observed Performance, Case Study and assessment by Written Exam.

All instructors on our courses have achieved nationally and internationally acknowledged qualifications, chief among them the BTEC Advanced Awards in Coaching Physical Restraint, Breakaway Skills and the Law, ensuring that your staff are trained by competent, skilled communicators

dynamis insight developed this 1-day course in response to a number of clients - including NHS Trusts, Housing Organisations and Local Government Departments - who needed a training course which comprehensively addressed the realities of Lone Working.   The course blends conflict resolution strategies, best-practice health and safety considerations and leading research on body-language and personal safety awareness specific to the environments and scenarios which many lone workers operate in.  We always tailor this course for the staff who receive it.
